Connect via secure, encrypted chat for personal support, empathetic listening, and wellness guidance. This session is designed to help you navigate life's stressors in a safe, confidential space.

This service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional clinical therapy or medical advice. Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.
  • 3. Confidentiality and SecurityWe are committed to protecting your privacy. All conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as a valid court order) or if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others. Please be aware that the use of technology, including encrypted messaging apps, carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission.
  • 4. Payments, Refunds, and ReschedulingAll sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. By booking a session, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of this service, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions, nor do we provide rescheduling once a session time has been confirmed. Please ensure you are available and ready at your scheduled time before finalizing your booking.

By using this service, you acknowledge that our support staff are not trained crisis counselors.
