These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user," or "your"), and AHIRA LLC ("AHIRA," "company," "we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of our corporate websites, applications, and any proprietary platforms operated or delivered by us, including but not limited to the social platform VIYU (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

AHIRA LLC provides digital software infrastructure, social networking spaces, and utility applications designed for authentic adult human interaction and communication. Our flagship product, VIYU (theviyu.com), provides an online destination for user-generated content, media sharing, and human interaction. AHIRA LLC acts strictly as a neutral technology platform provider. We do not pre-screen, systematically monitor, or take operational responsibility for user interactions or materials published within our public spaces.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) to use our Services. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using our applications, you explicitly represent, warrant, and covenant that you are at least 18 years old. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using our Services. Any accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be permanently and immediately terminated.

AHIRA LLC does not endorse, control, or assume liability for any content uploaded, transmitted, posted, or displayed by users across our platforms. You acknowledge that you use the Services and interact with other adult profiles at your own sole risk. Under no circumstances shall AHIRA LLC be held liable or responsible for any errors, omissions, defamatory statements, offensive media, or infringing content posted by third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHIRA LLC from any legal claims, losses, or expenses resulting directly from your user-uploaded contributions.

Your privacy and security are highly important to us. Account data handling is managed under our corporate Privacy Policy.

• Human Autonomy: To preserve platform security and eradicate automated threats, the creation or operation of accounts by automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or AI agents is strictly prohibited.
• Encrypted & Secure Channels: While we implement industry-standard encryption protocols to protect data in transit, no electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

All premium features, micro-transactions, or subscription assets must be paid for in advance. All purchases processed within our ecosystem are final and non-refundable. Paid features, premium tiers, and specific identity-verification processes are strictly restricted to verified adult users who are 18 years of age or older.

To protect platform safety, stop bot infiltration, and block inappropriate or unauthorized access, AHIRA LLC enforces a strict adult-only operational model:

• Mandatory Adult Verification: Full profile creation, messaging, content publication, and platform interaction features require identity confirmation proving that the user has attained the legal age of majority (18+).
• Third-Party Verification Integration: Profile verification badges and access gates are processed via trusted third-party APIs (such as Stripe Identity) to validate age and prevent minor infiltration. Accounts unable or unwilling to verify their adult status are denied access to interactive features.

AHIRA LLC reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion and without notice or financial liability, to immediately restrict, suspend, block, or permanently delete the account of any user who:

• Falsifies age information or attempts to bypass 18+ age-verification gates.
• Deploys deepfakes, automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence content generators.
• Engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, predatory, or unlawful behavior.
• Uses automated tools or unauthorized mechanisms to extract, harvest, or scrape data from the Services (including data harvested to train external AI systems).
• Violates any core covenant contained within these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Our Services are intended solely for respectful adult human interaction, software utility, and legitimate digital communication. Users may not use our platforms for harassment, bullying, threats, non-consensual graphic communications, illegal activities, copyright violations, or any conduct that compromises the environmental safety of our digital infrastructure.

AHIRA LLC makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding any emotional, social, personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from your use of our platforms. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or completely error-free service delivery, and we reserve the right to alter, modify, or wind down features at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions, along with your overall use of the Services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or actions arising under these Terms shall be handled exclusively in the courts located within the State of California.
