Ms. A began her journey in psychology at 14, graduating high school early and entering university at 15 to study the mind and human behavior. With nearly a decade of academic training and applied experience, she continues her doctoral studies in Forensic Psychology while expanding her work into subconscious and behavioral development.

She provides non-clinical emotional support that is ethical, trauma-informed, and grounded in neuroscience and community mental health principles. Her work focuses on emotional resilience, thought patterns, and nervous system awareness, helping individuals reflect, reset, and reconnect in a compassionate, judgment-free space.
